A PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO NO “TERCEIRO SETOR”: UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DA REALIDADE DA TERAPIA OCUPACIONAL EM MACEIÓ-AL
Abstract
Trata-se de um estudo realizado entre os anos de 2007 e 2008 acerca da
precarização do trabalho dos terapeutas ocupacionais inseridos no “terceiro setor”
em Maceió-AL, originado a partir dos dados da pesquisa sobre o mercado de
trabalho da Terapia Ocupacional na contemporaneidade. Recorreu-se ao
referencial teórico da perspectiva histórico-crítica, o qual possibilitou fazer uma
análise reflexiva sobre o “terceiro setor”, bem como compreender a dinâmica de
alguns dos fenômenos societários do capitalismo contemporâneo. Os dados
foram analisados com o Software Microsoft Excel e a técnica de análise de
conteúdo com especificação de freqüências, sendo possível a identificação de
um quadro geral de precarização do trabalho dos profissionais atuantes neste
setor.
