Dialogando sobre o processo de ensino e aprendizagem de atividades e recursos terapêuticos
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de ensino para a disciplina Atividades e Recursos Terapêuticos 1, a qual propõe aos alunos a vivência de atividades, materiais e técnicas, propiciando a criatividade e a leitura da atividade terapêutica ocupacional. A metodologia de ensino utilizada nesta disciplina visou capacitar o aluno a distinguir as diversas formas de aplicação e utilização da atividade. Cada aula prática era composta por três etapas. Na primeira etapa os alunos exploravam e experimentavam um determinado material, e vivenciavam técnicas, facilitando a criatividade. Na segunda, acrescentava-se um olhar terapêutico ocupacional, o que significava pensar e achar formas alternativas para o uso do mesmo material e das técnicas com diversas populações e necessidades. Na terceira, discutia-se e refletia-se sobre as etapas anteriores, buscando significados importantes da ação do indivíduo, reconhecendo o potencial terapêutico da atividade e da técnica. Esta metodologia permitiu-nos trabalhar com a tríade: terapeuta-paciente-atividade; pois eram evidenciados elementos importantes dos aspectos do eu, do outro e da atividade; que explicitavam sempre as formas e os significados da ação dos participantes.
