A alta em Terapia Ocupacional: reflexões sobre o fim do processo terapêutico e o salto para a vida / The discharge in Occupational Therapy: reflections on the end of the therapeutic process and the return to life
Abstract
O Processo Terapêutico e suas especificidades em Terapia Ocupacional é o objeto de estudo deste trabalho, com ênfase nos impasses que terapeutas e pacientes vivenciam no término do tratamento. Refletir sobre o que, de fato, define a alta e os critérios utilizados pela profissão para esse fim é algo de extrema importância para o fortalecimento de nossa singularidade profissional e para o aprimoramento de nossas práticas clínicas. Defendemos a ideia de que o processo de alta não pode estar desvinculado dos princípios ético-filosóficos e técnicos que caracterizam a profissão, nas diferentes áreas da saúde. A partir da vivência clínica e de reflexões sobre a terapêutica, buscamos novas formas de pensar a alta em Terapia Ocupacional, com base, principalmente, nos referencias teóricos da Filosofia da Diferença. Para tanto, inicialmente nos propomos a realizar uma breve conceituação a respeito do processo terapêutico ocupacional, para posteriormente nos determos mais especificamente no processo de alta e seus desdobramentos.
